What is enzo pérez?

Enzo Pérez is an Argentine professional footballer who currently plays as a central midfielder for River Plate and the Argentina national team. He was born on February 22, 1986, in Maipú, Mendoza, Argentina.

Pérez began his professional career with Godoy Cruz in 2003 and spent four seasons with the club before moving to Estudiantes in 2007. He had a successful three-year stint with Estudiantes, winning the Copa Libertadores and the Argentine Primera División.

In 2011, Pérez signed for Portuguese club Benfica, where he won three Primeira Liga titles and played in the UEFA Europa League and Champions League. He later had stints with Valencia in Spain and River Plate in Argentina, where he has won multiple domestic titles and the Copa Libertadores.

Pérez made his debut for the Argentina national team in 2009 and has since played in two World Cups and multiple Copa America tournaments. He was part of the Argentina team that reached the final of the 2014 World Cup and won the Copa America in 2021.
